Acupuncture
While acupuncture is amazing at treating any type of pain condition, in the hands of a well trained practitioner like Dr. Devorah Walder, it has many broader applications. Science is only beginning to grasp the powerful medicine of acupuncture and understand the mechanisms behind it. It is a time-tested, holistic medicine that can help to decrease pain and restore function, as well as address internal conditions.
Cellular Pain BioTherapy
ATP Resonance BioTherapy™ is a non-invasive and painless technique for treating pain by using low-level electrical currents. ATP’s various frequencies can be used to reduce inflammation (swelling), repair tissue, and reduce pain, and increase circulation. While we also provide acupuncture with e-STIM, this treatment differentiates itself in that it helps stimulate cells and help to heal pain at a deeper level.
Fertility Support Program
The fertility journey can be one of the biggest challenges you face. We treat men and women, individuals and families. Our advanced International Fertility Program, Signature BioTherapy™, has been used for the past two decades to balance hormonal cycles, improve fertile cervical mucus, and ovarian function, reduce miscarriages, lessen uterine contractions after embryo transfer and from side effects of medications as well as support male fertility.
Integrative Pediatric Care
Dr. Devorah Walder is an area wide renown pediatric specialist especially in cases of tongue tie, torticolis, feeding issues and digestive concerns in newborns and infants. Pediatric patients tend to respond quickly to even the most gentle treatments. Our approach includes child-friendly non-needle techniques, and herbal medicines as appropriate, to address a range of conditions including ear infections, separation anxiety, tics, bedwetting. Babies, children and teens are all welcome in our clinic.
Homeopathic + Vitamin Injections
Acupuncture Injection Therapy (AIT), is an integrative therapy that combines the best of traditional Chinese medicine with conventional and homeopathic medicines. It involves the injection of small amounts of solution into acupuncture points, trigger points, or into specific muscles by a qualified and licensed acupuncturist with specific certification in Injection Therapy. This therapy can be very effective for alleviating pain, prevention of illness, and improvement of physiological function as well as for an immune boost.
Herbal Medicine
Some conditions benefit from personalized supplementation with safe and time-tested herbal treatments. Chinese herbs work by balancing the body. If there is pain, the herbs will not only dull the pain, but also will address the blockage and work to restore a free flow of Qi. For internal diseases, the herbs will address what organs are out of balance to get the body functioning properly.
For these reasons, Chinese herbs take time! Spectrum customizes formulas best suited for each patient. Depending on your condition, your plan may include a different formula every 1 or 2 weeks until the problem can be fully resolved. Each different formula works on a separate layer of the disease mechanism one at a time in order to ideally resolve the root issue.
Dr. Devorah Walder holds a doctorate in acupuncture and advanced study certificates in Acupuncture Detox, Acupuncture Injection Therapy, Cosmetic Acupuncture, Signature Fertility Biotherapy, Neuropathy Pain Management, and Pre- and Post-Surgical Support. In addition to her licensure in acupuncture, she is a certified pediatric craniosacral therapist and has extensive training in physical strengthening and rehabilitation.
